Eligibility for Returns (Manufacturing Related)

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged due to manufacturing or handling

  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

  • Packaging is tampered, leaking, or defective

All return or manufacturing issue requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and grocery products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items reported after the allowed return period

Return / Manufacturing Issue Process

To report a manufacturing-related issue or initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order details

  • Clear product images (showing defect or issue)

  • Reason for return

Once verified, our team will arrange for replacement or pickup, if applicable.

Manufacturing Resolution Policy

If a manufacturing-related return is approved, resolution will be provided in one of the following ways:

  • Replacement of the defective product

  • Credit adjustment in the next order

Refunds are not encouraged and will only be considered in exceptional cases at the company’s discretion.

Shipping Charges

Delivery or handling charges are non-adjustable, unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged product supplied).

Right to Refuse

Narayani Enterprises reserves the right to reject any return or manufacturing claim that does not meet the policy conditions.
